Case Studies — The Content Framework in Practice

These case studies document real-world outcomes from applying The Content Framework and CQIP to live content operations. Each study is drawn from measured data, covers a defined period, and identifies the specific structural decisions that produced the observed results. The framework's claims are tested here against evidence, not asserted against theory.

Case studies are added as evidence accumulates. Each study covers a specific framework principle, a defined measurement period, and a documented before-and-after comparison.

Available Case Studies

Each study documents a specific framework outcome against measured data.

  • Entity Recognition Without Content Volume

A three-month GSC comparison between a ten-year-old post-based security site and a CQIP-structured site under six months old, same client, same sector. The study documents how Service entity declarations produced aviation security query associations that a decade of professionally managed post content did not. Study period: Q1 2026.

About the Case Studies

What do the case studies measure?

The case studies measure specific, observable outcomes from applying The Content Framework and CQIP to live content operations. The primary metrics are entity recognition (query associations in GSC), schema coverage (structured data completeness and validity), and citation eligibility (presence in AI-generated responses via the GEO test). Traffic and conversion metrics are downstream consequences and are not the primary measurement focus.
